Principal's message
“Breathe in the amazing, hold on through the awful, and relax and exhale during the ordinary. That’s just living heartbreaking, soul-healing, amazing, awful, ordinary life. And it’s breathtakingly beautiful.” -L.R. Knost
Dear Families,
The end of the school year is fast approaching and we are in the process of planning for next school year. Although there is still much uncertainty around how we will return to school, we are reimagining education in Corvallis in a way that meets the needs of all our students. In doing so, we are committed to providing: rigorous and meaningful learning experiences, equitable access and opportunities, collaboration across all levels, and innovative/real-world education.
As we begin to reimagine education, we will embrace the challenge with the same progressive-thinking that Corvallis has always embodied. Our community is one that values education, innovation, and connectedness. Moreover, we all share an unending belief in the potential of our children. As always, we will continue to hold our students at the center of all we do.
Sincerely,
Principal Santy

Google Chat
When our district rolled out Distance Learning for All, Mr. Noss noted that some features on iPads would be made available that are not typically used at school. Google chat is one of those apps on the iPad that allows students to check in with teachers to get information.
Please remind your child of the following expectations and understand that, although this is a school device, as a parent you will need to monitor your child’s use of electronics in your home.
If you notice inappropriate use please ask your child to leave the room/space and please contact the teacher. As a school, we will follow up with students/parents to let them know of the activity that is happening and support learning in digital citizenship.
