Dear Parents,
It’s hard to believe that when the kids come back next week, it will be the month of June! We are all really enjoying their amazing positive energy at school and online.
Here are a few items to be aware of this week:
Monday
There is no school on Monday in honor of Memorial Day.
Upcoming Events
Kindergarten and Fifth grade graduations are both well into the planning stages. Both events will include a drive, ride or walk-through certificate pick up. However, you choose to come through, is great. We just ask that you help us keep the line moving.
Incoming Kindergarteners
Please make sure to register your child if they will be in Kindergarten in the fall and to bring any necessary paperwork to the Garfield office.
Summer Office Location
As soon as school gets out, the rest of the construction will be happening to have the building ready for students to return in the fall. The office will be temporarily moved into a mobile unit in the parking lot for the summer.
How to know if you should keep your child at home
Attached is a description of symptoms that we are asking all families to screen their children for before sending their student to school. (541) 757-5941.
