Gecko News (10-29-2021)

Happy Friday everyone!

Here is some information for this week:

Building Update

The library is up and running! The first groups have come through to enjoy a read aloud with Profe and some time to review the library process and expectations. It was great to see the kids enjoying the new space!

Dressing for the Cold Weather

It is starting to get cold outside and students will continue to be outside during their recess and meals as much as possible; except in the case of heavy rain. Please make sure to send your student to school with a hooded, warm jacket. If you would like help with a warm jacket for your child, please contact the front office.

Lost and Found

The lost and found is full! If your child is missing any sweatshirts, jackets or water bottles, they may be in the lost and found. Feel free to contact the office during the conference days to stop by and see if their missing items are in there.

Names on Personal Items

Please make sure to write your child’s full name on all personal items: Jackets, sweatshirts, water bottles, lunch boxes and more. This will help us be able to return any items we find to the right person.

Upcoming Dates

  • November 3-5, Conferences (No school)
  • November 11th, Holiday (No school)
  • November 12th, (No school)
