Dear Garfield Families,
Tomorrow, Friday, October 7th is a two-hour early release day. Students will be dismissed at 12:30pm. Please make sure your students know their after school plan for these days.
There are 5 two-hour early release days this year:

Friday, December 9th
Friday, March 3rd
Friday, May 12th
Friday, June 16th (last day of school)
Garfield Compact:
The Garfield Compact will be coming home with students tomorrow, Friday, October 7th.
Please review the compact with your child and return the signed copy to their classroom teacher or to the front office. Thank you for your help with this.
Fall Conferences:
Fall conferences will be held on October 26-28th; there will be no school on those days.
Conferences will be held in person. Online conferences will be available on a needs basis. Your child’s teacher will be reaching out to schedule conferences in the next week or so.
Lost and Found:
We have a collection gathering in the lost and found. If your child has lost any articles of clothing, please feel free to come by before or after school to search the lost and found.
