9/5/23: New Families to Garfield Coffee/Tea:
Please enter through the main entrance and join us in Room 9 at 8:00 am on September 5th for some coffee or tea and an opportunity to meet other Garfield families after dropping off your children.
Student Before-School Arrival Plans
School begins promptly at 8:00 am each day. The gates will open, and we will have supervision available on the Garfield playground starting at 7:45 am. There is no supervision for students before 7:45 am.
Teachers will start the day with community building activities and breakfast will be available soon after. It is important that students are at school and ready to begin at 8:00 am.
Arrival and Dismissal Details
- Kinder and 1st grade students: Drop off and Pick up at the Dixon Street gate
- 2nd and 3rd students: Drop off and Pick up at the front entrance
- 4th and 5th students: Drop off and Pick up at the 11th street gate
