Garfield Breakfast & Book Exchange! Everyone is invited Saturday, February 8th 8:30-11am in the Garfield Cafeteria. Bring used books to donate if you have some, and take used books home! Enjoy a PTA-funded breakfast including breakfast burritos, muffins, fruit, coffee, and juice!
Join us at our next PTA Meeting! Thursday, January 23rd, 6-7:30pm, at Garfield School. Come and learn more about the changes planned for the school building in the upcoming year. We will have information available about the building, please come with your questions! As always, we will have childcare and food available for all who attend.
Spanish-Speaking Parent volunteer group meetings! Join us every Friday (on school days) from 8:20-10am in the cafeteria to meet more parents, work on classroom projects, and discuss topics of interest. Everyone is welcome!
Walk and Bike to School Days! Every first Wednesday of the month is Walk and Bike to school day! Everyone can participate, if you can’t/don’t walk or bike to school you can still be part of the fun by arriving in time to run laps around the school playground. We have prizes for all who participate and a competition to see which grade can do the most!
