Please keep up the great work! Let’s continue this momentum to help staff try to ensure that every student comes home with all of their personal items, every day. We truly appreciate your help.
Next week is Spirit Week at Garfield!
Our amazing 5th grade students have worked with teachers on ideas for spirit week themes that all students can participate in.
The theme of each day will be:
Monday: Winter Day
Tuesday: Twin Day
Wednesday: Number Day
Thursday: Color Day
Friday: Pajama Day
Winter Break
Winter break is coming up! There is no school from December 22 through January 3rd.
Please notify the front office at 541-757-5941 if your child will miss any additional days. School resumes January 5th.
Dixon Street Dismissal:
In order to help keep everyone safe and buses running smoothly, please make sure not to park in the bus lanes on Dixon Street. We need space for several buses to park and need all cars to avoid parking there.
If you are waiting at the gate after school, please make sure you are standing on the sidewalk and not in the street. There are many cars and buses that need access to that street after school.
