It is the end of our third week of distance learning as we collectively work together. We recognize that parents, students, and staff are navigating a new system that is challenging in multiple aspects. With that, there may be a loss that we experience as a collective, as we may be longing for what was our normality in our education system. We ask for your patience and understanding if the distance learning platform your child is receiving doesn’t match what was imagined. Just as engagement in distance learning is different in each home, it is also different in each teacher’s home. The flexibility to operate a functional virtual classroom from home varies for each teacher, each class and each individual household. Thank you for your ongoing support. Kindergarten Enrollment Kindergarten Enrollment begins in May! See this link for the detailed information on how to enroll your incoming kindergarten student. Children who will be 5 years old as of September 1, 2020, are eligible to enroll in kindergarten at the school in their boundary area for the 2020-21 school year. Typically, families are asked to enroll in person at their neighborhood school. This year, due to the COVID-19 school closure, the enrollment process has moved online. Parents of current Kindergarten through Fourth Grade students please complete a forecasting form with your input on classroom placement for next year.
